The wine-making and spumante process take place naturally, with a single fermentation and with no addition of sucrose, retaining the aroma of the Glera grapes intact in the fi nished product, which stands out for an explosion of fruity and floral notes. The new creation is “dressed” in Diesel, which designed the packaging.

Appearance: bright straw yellow with fine, elegant perlage.
Bouquet: delicate hints of fresh citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers.
Palate: well structured, with a clear, refreshing acidity and a persistent finale.

In addition to being an excellent aperitif, this spumante is the perfect accompaniment to all fish dishes, like salmon and shellfish, as well as white meats.
