85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero.

Look: onionskin colour, fine perlage.
Nose: a delicate fruity note of roses and fruits of the forest.
Palate: fresh in the mouth, full and round, with a dry finish.
Food pairing
This sparkling wine is an excellent aperitif and can be happily matched with all fish dishes, like salmon and shellfish, and also with white meats.
