Rosa del Faè
Millesimato Brut
Produced by grapes from the prestigious Faè vineyard, set in a unique natural hillside bowl and surrounded by thick woods. This is a rosé sparkling wine made from the Marzemino grape, a traditional viticultural product in the area from Refrontolo to Valdobbiadene. The result is a Spumante with attractive acidity and elegant hints of roses and berry fruit on the nose.

Organoleptic Notes
Look: bright pink in colour with elegant and long-lasting perlage. Nose: elegant fruitiness with intense and delicate aromas of berry fruit and a bouquet of roses.
Palate: lively and attractive acidity with a long, dry finish.
Pair with
As well as an excellent aperitif, works perfectly as an “all through the meal” food wine. Good with fish dishes, and also with white meats.
