Tasting Notes
Appearance: bright straw colour with a lively froth.
Nose: golden delicious apple, lightly citrusy with a sensation of acacia.
Palate: easy-drinking and well balanced with a refreshing acidity.
Food pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with all fish dishes such as prawn cocktail, clams and squid and potato salad. Works well with Buffalo mozzarella.
